Epidemiologic assessment of dental health in the military exposed to toxic chemicals

Relevance . Destruction of toxic chemicals is impregnated with hazardous working conditions. In this regard, health monitoring in such workers subject to more stringent requirements. Occupation-related difficulties dental care availability cause faster deterioration the military. This adds relevance finding and developing modern, rational effective therapy prevention measures tailored specific conditions sites waste destruction. The objective evaluate prevalence structure diseases oral cavity disorders military exposed chemicals. Methods A total 178 male female contracted aged 27-50 years were examined within general medical examination required for admission work Standard methods used during examination: interview, visual, physical, instrumental examinations. Examination data fed into individual records (form No. 2), as well earlier record forms. Results discussion. Examined patients showed high (99.4 %), particular, hard tissues complicated caries. No less than half (54.5 %) orthopedic treatment. More 80 % revealed poor hygiene.
